• Protect the distinctive cultural heritage, geographic settings, environmental sensibilities and ethnicity of each community in which we locate.
  
• Adopt conservation and sustainability policies in each Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection setting and implement proactive policies to address them in perpetuity.
  
• Establish relationships with environmental advocates to create educational and stewardship opportunities unique to each locale.
  

PROVIDE LUXURIANT-CLASS HOSPITALITY:

• Present ultra-luxurious accommodations consistent with guest expectations of Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection hospitality and provide impeccable service that exceeds those expectations without compromising or disrespecting the host environment.
  
• Manage with meticulous attention to detail and with uncompromising integrity the natural resources and ambient natural environments which play host to Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection resorts.
  
• Embrace refined elegance and appropriately scaled residential aesthetics showing consideration for the natural scale of the environmental settings embracing each resort.
  

SAFEGUARD THE AMBIENT NATURAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Facilitate the conservation and preservation of clean, fresh air and water through implementation of sustainable environmental policies and standards for housekeeping, facility maintenance, landscaping and transportation which nurture the ambient natural environments of each locale.
  
• Manage and reduce waste through implementation of sustainable environmental policies and standards that uncompromisingly address waste management: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Remove.
  
• Conserve and reduce energy consumption through implementation of sustainable environmental policies, standards and systems which lessen the “carbon footprint” impact of each Luxuriant Masterpiece Collection resort upon the ambient natural environments in which they dwell.
  

ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY:

• Wherever possible, be environmentally sensitive when developing and adopting operational policies for all operating divisions of our company, including purchasing, budgeting, development and marketing.
  
• Implementation of sustainability training for all management and staff.
  
• Present future guests with the option to request eco-friendly housekeeping.
  
• Originate ongoing auditing and monitoring metrics for implementation of corporate enhancements to ensure continual improvement in advancement of environmental sustainability.
